Help us congratulate Vanessa Hindman on her promotion to Senior Design Consultant!  Vanessa exemplifies all of the qualities that are essential for this position.

Vanessa has been working for Tile America for over 9 years and graduated from The University of New Haven with a B.A. in Interior Design.  Along with her passion for interior design, she also enjoys graphic design, party decorating and making jewelry. However, spending time with her family is first and foremost. When Vanessa is not at work, she loves going on adventures and making memories with her husband and sons. 

Vanessa loves her job because she gets to meet new people every day, and each individual gives a different perspective and experience. She is motivated and driven by her clients when they get excited about the materials that she selects for them. Vanessa states that her personal style is, "mainly industrial and rustic, while also incorporating clean, modern lines!".
 
Highlights of the Senior Design Consultant (SDSC) role include but are not limited to: assisting retail customers in all phases of tile, marble, and stone product selection and installation, to help customers make informed purchase decisions, and to manage the quality and consistency of product and service delivery. The SDSC also acts as a model for colleagues at the store with regard to customer outreach and retention.
