Tile America requires a minimum 50% deposit on all orders.* *Please note: Cancelations are subject to loss of deposit. 

RETURNS


Purchasing tile and stone is different from many other products you buy and cannot be easily returned due to lot numbers, shade variation, and the high cost of shipping heavy items. Therefore, many items are not returnable. 

Tile America design consultants will gladly assist with estimating the materials needed for your project based on the information provided. Please have your contractor verify the final field measurements.  If you are unsure of your choice or quantity, it is best to verify before placing your order as we do not bear responsibility for over purchases.

It is our pleasure to accept returns under the following conditions: 

  • Products are currently stocked in local inventory and were purchased within the past 30 days.
  • Pre-authorization and inspection of material is required.
    • Product is in original unopened cartons and is in good, sellable condition.
  • Return of special order material is subject to approval by the vendor.
  • All of the associated costs of return (freight, handling, and restocking charges) are the customers’ responsibility.  
  • Grout/Thinset Returns: Moisture and temperature can negatively affect the quality of some installation products; therefore, returns are subject to inspection and under the store manager’s discretion.
