About Rich:  Rich has a great deal of experience and been in customer service in one form or anothersince the '80s. He values and fosters strong relationshipswith customers. He has been in the home improvement industry for 35 years. 20 of those years as a wall to wall carpet installer and the last 15 years I have been a sales consultant.

In his spare time:  Rich performs as a vocalistin many rock bands going back to the '80s. He loves to see live music and sporting events. Rich also has a serious passion for cooking, loves bacon, and making people laugh.

Fun fact about Rich:  He has performed on stage as an opening act for many national artists such as Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Skid Row, and Warrant!
